Our planning

• We create your application documents.
• As soon as the building permit is on hand, we will create an execution planning for the building, as well as the required technical proofs, like for example static and thermal insulation certificate.
• We organize the “trappings” such as soil survey, building survey, excavation, basement, base plate if necessary.
• Provided that you want to work on the house yourself, we will be there for you with help and advice.

In advance

• We are happy to take care of the framework conditions and establish the necessary contacts on your behalf. (site preparation, basement or foundations and the house connections, outdoor facilities).

In our plant

• We produce your house according to the scope of service as contracted.

On-site

• We deliver your house and erect it.
• This is followed by the finishing work on the house.

Last but not least

• Acceptance of construction work
• Beginning of the warranty. (We offer you standardly a warranty after BGB, which is five years.)
• We will hand over the keys and you move into your house.
