Engelhardt-houses are mainly prefabricated in our workshop. They consist of finished parts in modern timber frame construction, which are mostly already made with paneling and insulation. On our sites there are no nasty surprises for you. Due to our personal care and manufacturing our prices can be predicted reliably.

Wood makes house-building as simple as economical. This original, renewable, CO2-neutral and unique natural product has got material properties like no other, because here high value and elasticity is combined with simple availability. From the beginning wood emits comfort and warmth – wood is durable.

The complex process from planning to construction and handing-over the keys of a custom-made house is due to our experience a quite natural process, which you experience as trouble-free. You discuss the equipment of the house with the boss personally. Design and production of windows, doors, floor and wall coverings, sanitary equipment, heating and air will be explained to you by him in detail in the sample room.

Within a few days the house is built weatherproof and after a short construction period you can move in. Since during the construction hardly no humidity will emerge, a drying process is not required.
