Houses for the future
The basics of energy autonomy
What nature supplies to us is already free of pollutants and ecologically sensible, period. What is given to us by nature is so valuable to us, that we plan and build houses of the future with it: Houses from the renewable raw material wood, which cover their energy needs, as far as possible or entirely, with renewable energy and are therefore economically, environmentally and ideally independent of the energy companies and their prices.
The proportion of renewable energy should be as high as possible in pioneering domestic and heating technology. To achieve this, we use various types of renewable energy for the ideal energy mix: This is either, as an entry, solar thermal (hot water production) combined with photovoltaic (solar power generation) and a gas condensing boiler, or even better a pellet heating. Complete energy autonomy we achieve with regenerative heating technology, in the form of an air or brine/water heat pump combined with a photovoltaic system and a controlled aeration plant with heat recovery. If all ideal components meet, then your house even creates an energy surplus, you can feed as "energy entrepreneurs" profitably into the net. Welcome to the future, welcome to the Energy Plus house!
Already the building envelope of course should allow as little energy loss as possible. This is achieved through maximum thermal insulation and targeted energetic alignment of architecture already at the planning stage. We call this the basics of energy autonomy.
